Bailey became the Children's Coordinator in 2024. Bailey and her husband, Chris, have been members since 2014 and had previous experience as high school adult leaders and Sunday School teachers. Bailey also taught at Polk County Christian School prior to taking the role as Children's Coordinator.
Chris and Bailey have been married for over a decade. Together they are raising four boys.
